4 pcs Bean Curd
4个 水豆腐,切片
4 pcs Fish Cake
4个 鱼饼,切片
Sauce:
汁料:
1 tbsp Fried onion oil
1大匙 炸葱头油
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2大匙 酱油
A Dash of White Pepper Powder
少许 胡椒粉
Garnish:
配菜:
2 tbsp Chopped Scallion
2 大匙 青葱粒
1 tbsp Sliced Red Chili
1大匙 辣椒丝
Method:
做法:
1) Place sliced bean curd at bottom of plate & top layer with sliced fish cake.
将豆腐垫底,铺上鱼饼。
2) Steam bean curd & fish cake for 10 minutes, take out from steamer to discard the water.
大火蒸10分钟,取出倒掉一点水。
3) Pour in sauce & garnish with chopped scallion & sliced red chili.
淋上汁料和洒上葱丝即可享用。。
