丝瓜炒五花熏咸肉 Stir-fried Luffa With Streaky Bacon







Ingredients:

 2 pcs            Luffa, skin removed and chop into 1 cm thick pieces
 2 strips        Streaky Bacon, Sliced it.
50 ml            Chicken Broth or water
  4 cloves      Garlic, minced
Salt to Taste
Cooking Oil

Method:

1. Heat up a wok to medium heat and pan-fry the sliced bacon  a minute.
2.  Add in  garlic to stir fry with till fragrant.
3. Add in luffa, chicken broth or water.
4. Braise the luffa till it starts to soften.
5. Taste it with salt.
