金沙南瓜Stir-Fried Pumpkin With Salted Egg Yolk







材料:
500 g        pumpkin(南瓜)
  4 no       Salted Egg Yolk(鹹蛋黄)
Method(作法):
1)  Peel pumpkin skin and cut into thick strips or coarse bar.
     南瓜去皮切粗粒或粗条。
2)  Crushed salted egg yolk, add 1 tablespoons of water mixing uniformity.
     鹹蛋黄壓碎,加1大匙水均勻攪拌。
3)  Bring to boil water with salt, put the pumpkin into the water.
    滾水+鹽,將南瓜放入水中。
4)  Cook pumkin for about 8 mature than picked up and drain it.
    南瓜煮约8成熟捞起沥乾。
5)  Heat the pan with a little oil, add in crushed egg yolk into pan.
    熱鍋少许油,壓碎蛋黄放入,攪拌。
6)  Lower frame to fried the egg yolk till bubbles, add pumpkin to stir fry.
    小火炒到起泡泡,加入南瓜拌炒。
