火腿蛋炒饭 Ham & Egg Fried Rice





 Ingredients:
   4 cups          Cold Rice
1/2 cup            Chopped Big Onion

   1 tbsp         Chopped Garlic
   3 no              Egg - Lightly beaten
1/2 cup            Chopped Yellow Pepper Bell 
1/2 cup            Chopped Red Pepper Bell 
   4 stalks        Scallion - Chopped
1/2 cup            Diced Cooked Ham
   3 tbsp          Grapeseed Oil
  
To Taste:
Salt
Soy Sauce
White pepper powder

Method:
1.  Heat wok or pan to medium heat, and add oil.
2.  Sauté ham for about 1 minute if you put ham, follow by add in chopped big onion & chopped garlic.
3.  Add salt into rice & well mix, then add in rice into wok or pan to stir fry.
4.  Add egg & cover by rice, let the egg set then stir-fry it till rice evenly coated by egg.
5.  Add chopped yellow & red pepper bell.
6)  Add in soy sauce and white pepper powder to taste.
7)  Add in chopped scallion to mix well.
8)  Serve in hot.
