Deep-Fried Fish Fillet In Thai Sweet Chili Sauce







Ingredients:
500 g Fish Fillets, such as Haddock, Tilapia, Cod, etc.
1 no Egg
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/8 cup Rce Flour or Corn Flour
Oil for Deep Frying

Preparation for Thai Sweet Chili Sauce :
5 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Plum Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Apple Cider Veniger
1 no Sliced Big Onion
1 no Sliced Red Chili
5 pc Sliced lime Leaves
Combine all the Thai Chili Sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Preparation for Fish Fillet:
Combine all purpose flour & rice flour or corn flour.  Set aside.
Wash fish fillet, pat dry & slice it.  Then marinade with salt, pepper and egg.
Coated the fish fillet with the combination of flour.
Heat oil, deep-fry the fish fillet till crispy or golden brown in colour.
Pour the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce on to the fish fillet & served it.
