鲔鱼鸡蛋奶卷面包Tuna Egg Milk Buns











Ingredients:

270 g          Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Filling :
   2 cans      Tuna In Water
   2 tbsp       Mayonnaise
   4 tbsp        Yogurt
   A Dash of Black Pepper

Garnish :
    1 no          Egg
    1 tsp         White & Black Sesame Seed

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, 
Divide into 15 portions (38 g each) make a round shape, cover with damn cloth rest for 15 minutes.
Fill each dough with 1 tsp of tuna and make it into round shape.
Place the dough into the baking tray and spray water onto the dough and cover, let rise for 1 hour.
Brush egg wash and sprinkle some white and black sesame on top.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
