火腿芝士鸡蛋奶面包Ham & Cheese Egg Milk Buns












Ingredients:

270 g          Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Garnish :
   1 slice      Chopped Baked Honey Ham
   1 cup        Mixed Cheese       
   1 tbsp       Dried Pasley
    1 no          Egg

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, 
Divide into 12 portions (48 g each) make a round shape, cover with damn cloth rest for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough into long log shape and roll into a round shape.
Place the dough into the baking paper, spray water onto the dough and cover, let rise for 1 hour.
Brush egg wash and sprinkle chopped Baked Honey Ham, mixed cheese and dried parsley.on top.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
