叉烧肉 BBQ Pork In Cantonese Style (Use Oven)




Ingredients:

 1 kg             Meat
 2  tbsp         Lee Kum Kee BBQ Sauce( 李锦记叉烧酱)
 1  tbsp         Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (李锦记海鲜酱)
 5 tbsp          Honey( 蜜糖)
 1 stalk         Scallion ( 香葱)
10 cloves     Garlic ( 蒜头)
 1 no             Big Onion( 大葱头)
 1 pc             Sliced Ginger( 生姜)
1  tbsp          Soy Sauce( 酱油)
1 tbsp           Wine( 高梁酒)

Method:

1)  Marinade all the above ingredients for 24 hours.
2) Preheat oven at 175 C.
3) Bake the meat for 30 to 40 minutes.
    (Turn the meat in between for 3 times)
