炒豆角烧肉Stir-Fried Long Bean With Roasted Pork


Ingredients:
300 gm long beans (cut to 2" sections)
300 gm roasted pork (cut to thin slices)
2 cloves garlic, minced finely
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/4 cup water
A Pinch of White Pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
Method:
1)  Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok.
2)  Stir-fry roasted pork for a minute then add in minced garlic.
3)  Put in long beans and water cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until cooked but still crunchy.
4)  Add in sugar, light soy sauce & white pepper to taste.
5)  Dish out to a serving plate & serve hot with rice.
