熏肉包猪肉饼Back Bacon Wrapped Pork Meatloaf













Ingredients:

1.5 kg                  Pork Minced Meat

  2 tbsp                 Butter
  2 no                   Chopped Big Onion
  4 cloves             Minced Garlic
  3 stalks              Chopped Celery
  1 pc                   Chopped Carrot
Salt & Black Pepper Powder To Taste

  1/2 cup Milk
  4 no                   Egg
  1 bundle            Chopped Parsley
  1 tbsp                Dried Thyme
  2 tbsp                Black Pepper Powder
  1 tbsp                Salt
1/3 cup                Ketchup
  2 tbsp                Dijon Mustard
  2 tbsp                Worcestershire Sauce
  1 cup                 Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  1 cup                 Breadcrumbs
16 slices             Back Bacon

Topping:

  1 cup             Ketchup
  2 tbsp           Brown Sugar

Bake at preheat oven 200 degree C for 45 minutes.
Take out spread topping continue to bake another 15 minutes.
