土鸡瑶柱鲍鱼粥Chicken Scallop And Abalone Porridge

Ingredients:

    2 cups            Phkarkhnei Organically Grown Cambodian Hill Rice
    1 can              Abalone
100 g                  Dried Scallop - Wash & soak.
 1/2 no                Kampung Chicken - Cut in pieces, wash, pat dry & marinade with salt
                          Water
Few Drop Sesame Oil
Salt to Taste

Method:

1) Place rice, scallop (including the water) and water in rice cooker, cook for 3 hours.
2) Put in chicken continue to cook for 10 minutes.
3) Add in abalone (including the water) and cook for another 10 minutes.
4) Add in salt to taste, off the rice cooker & set to keep warm.
5) Add few drop of sesame oil for the fragrant.
6) Garnish with chopped scallion.
