50 g Icing Sugar
40 g Cake Flour
10 g Green Tea Powder
Ingredients B:
150 g Egg White
Ingredients C:
50 g Butter - Double boil or melt in microwave
Ingredients D:
150 g White Sesame Seeds
Method:
1) Place sifted ingredients A into a bowl, add all ingredients B at once.
2) Beat the mixture till smooth batter is foamed.
3) Stir the batter constantly while adding the melted butter.
5) Add in white sesame seeds and lightly stir well.
6) Cover the bowl with cling and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7) Preheat oven at 150 C.
8) Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
9) Remove the batter and spoon a tablespoon of batter & drop onto the baking paper.
10) Use a spoon to spread into a think layer.
11) Bake for 20 minutes & remove from oven.
12) Drape the cookies over a rolling pin to create a curved shape.
13) Set aside to cool.
