Ingredients:
250 g Butter
80 g Icing Sugar, sifted
250 g Potato Starch
160 g Cake Flour
A drop of Green Coloring
Method:
1) Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy and lighter in color.
2) Sift in potato starch and flour, mix to form a soft dough.
3) Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, add 1 drop of green coloring to 1 portion of dough and knead well.
4) Cover the dough with cling and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
5) Divide the plain dough into 120 pieces and the green color dough into 120 pieces.
6) Just pinch a bit of dough from both plain and green color dough. But make sure the combined dough are of roughly equal sizes. (6 g each ball)
7) Roll into small balls to form marble pattern.
8) Arrange on lined baking pan and press lightly with a fork (dip the fork in water after each press to prevent cookie dough from sticking to the fork).
9) Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for 15 mins ( not need bake till cookies turn brown).
