德国酥饼 German Cookies

Makes about 120 pieces









Ingredients:

250 g         Butter
  80 g         Icing Sugar, sifted
250 g         Potato Starch
160 g        Cake Flour

Method:
1)  Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy and lighter in color.
2)  Sift in potato starch and flour, mix to form a soft dough.
3)  Cover the dough with cling and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
4)  Pinch a bit of dough (6 g each ball) and roll into small balls.
5)  Arrange on lined baking pan and press lightly with a fork (dip the fork in water after each press to prevent cookie dough from sticking to the fork).
6)  Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for 15 minutes. ( not need bake till cookies turn brown).
