苹果派 Apple Pie



Ingredients:
2 tbsp          Flour
3 no             Apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4-inch thick 
1/3 cup        Raisins
1 tbsp            Sugar
1 tsp              Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup         Chopped Nuts
1/3 no           Lemon Juice
1 pkt             Frozen Puff Pastry (10 pcs)
For Garnish:
Confectioners' Sugar
Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
Method:
  1)  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2)  Core and slice apple 1/4-inch thick.
  3)  Well mix apple, flour, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, raisin & nuts.  Set aside.
  4)  Lay out 1 piece of puff pastry on a clean, flat, lightly floured surface.
  5)   Spread the apple filling evenly onto the puff pasty surface, fold the puff pastry & leaving a 1/2-inch clean edge on all sides.
  6)  Use a small fork to seal the edges at each end and brush with some egg brush.
  7)  Carefully place the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet.
  8)  Bake the puff pastry until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
  9)  Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes.
10)  Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar just before serving.
11)  Serve plain or with ice cream.
