全麦多籽面包 Wholemeal Multi Seed Bread

Ingredients:

375 g         Bread Flour
  50 g         Wholemeal Flour
  75 g         Multi Seed
  10 g         Instant Yeast
  30 g         Sugar
 1/8 tsp      Salt
250 g         Water
  75 g         Oil

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.




After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 9 to 22.

After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, 
Remove from bread machined and shape into 2 round shape dough.
Rest for 15 minutes, roll the into long shape and fold it.
Rest for 15 minutes again.
Roll the dough in long shape and fold it from the top to bottom.
Place the dough in a prepared bread tine.
Rise the dough for 1 hour or double in size.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 35 to 38 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
