叉烧红长豆饭 Barbecued Pork Long Red Bean Rice


Ingredients:
2 cups     Rice, rinse it
3 cups     Water
500 gm    Barbecued Pork, sliced it
300 gm    Long Red Bean, cut 1/2" long
 1/2 cup   Chopped Parsley
Fried Onion
Light Soy Sauce

Method:

1)  Cook rice & long red bean with water in electric rice cooker.
2)  Once rice and long red bean cooked, add in barbecued pork & light soy sauce to taste.
3)  Cover rice cooker for 15 mins.
4)  Served the Barbecued Pork Long Red Bean Rice with chopped parley and fried onion.
