烤肉和碎芝士饭 Baked Bolognaise Cheese Rice





Ingredients:

      3 cups        Cooked Rice
1 1/2 cups        Shredded two-cheese blend
                         (Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella Cheese)
      3 cups        Homemade Italian Bolognese Sauce (Refer to Pasta dated 22, May 2013)


1)  Place cooked rice in a bowl.
2)  Sprinkle some cheese on top of the cooked rice.
3)  Pour in Italian Bolognese Sauce.
4)  Sprinkle some cheese again on top of the  Italian Bolognese Sauce.
5)  Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
