苦瓜炒蛋 Stir-Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg


Ingredients:

   4 nos          Large Eggs
1/2 no            Sliced Bitter Gourd
1/2 tsp           Salt
   3 dashes    White Pepper Powder
   2 tbsp         Grapeseed Oil


Method: 
1)  Break the eggs into a bowl and use chopsticks to beat the eggs until they break thoroughly.
2)  Add salt & white pepper powder, and lightly beat to blend well. Set aside.
3)  Heat up a wok with grapessed oil, add in sliced bitter gourd to stir-fried for a minute.
4)  Pour the egg mixture into the wok to cook.
5)  As soon as the bottom of eggs and bitter gourd are cooked or brown,
     turn it over to continue pan-fry it.
6)  Once the egg and bitter gourd are cooked. dish out and served in hot.
