平底鍋烤麵包Bake Bread In A Frying Pan









Recipe From Carol
Make: 8 nos
A flat pan with a lid
有蓋的不沾平底鍋一個
Ingredients:
材料:
270 g              High Protein Flour 高筋麵粉
30 g                Low Protein Flour 低筋麵粉
3/4 tsp            Instant Yeast 速發乾酵母菌
50 g                Egg 雞蛋
140 cc            Fresh Milk 鮮奶
30 g               Sugar 細砂糖
30 g               Unsalted Butter 無鹽奶油
1/4 tsp           Salt 鹽

Filling :包入內餡
Cheese比薩起士適量

Method:
  1. According to your manufacturing instruction to put in all the ingredients.
  2. Start the bread machine.
  3. Once finish the process, take out divide into 8 nos.
  4. Cover with damn cloth rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Flatten the dough, place some cheese in the center.
  6. Fold & seal the dough, use hand slightly flatten the dough.
  7.  Place the seal side of the dough down into a non-stick pan.
  8.  Sprinkle some water, cover the lid let it rise for 1 hour or double size.
  9.  On the low fire to bake for 15 minutes, don't open the cover.
10.  Turn the dough after 15 minutes.
11.  Continuous to bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until both side golden.
