火腿芫菜煎松饼Ham & Spinach Pancake Muffin
Ingredients:500 g Instant Pancake Mix (Just Add Water)700 ml Milk or Water Chopped Spinach Chopped Ham Cheddar CheeseMethod:1) Preheat oven at 250 C.2) Mix instant pancake mix with milk or water.3) Spray oil into a muffin tray, scoop pancake mixture into the muffin tray.4) Sprinkle some broccoli, ham & cheddar cheese on top.5) Bake for 15 minutes.
