Gravy Ingredients:
酱汁材料
2 nos Sweet Potatoes (Orange Color)
2 颗 色橙色番薯
2 nos Potatoes
2 颗 马铃薯
1 no Tomato
1 颗 番茄
1.5 L Broth
1.5 L 江鱼仔高汤
Seasoning:
调味:
1 tbsp Chili Paste
1 大匙 辣椒酱
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
3 大匙 番茄酱
1 tbsp Sugar
1 大匙 糖
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 茶匙 盐
1 tbsp Oil
1 大匙 油
Optional:
如果要汤汁顺滑:
Cornflour mix with water
薯粉和水调拌

Methods:
做法:
1) Peel sweet potatoes,potatoes & cut to small pieces
番薯和马铃薯去皮, 切小块。
2) Boil sweet potatoes & potatoes till soft.
下高汤熬煮直软。
3) Take out sweet potatoes & potatoes.
取出番薯和马铃薯
4) Puree sweet potatoes, potatoes & tomato in blender.
用搅拌机捣烂番茄,酱番薯,马铃薯。
5) Heat Oil sautee the chili paste for a minute.
热油包香辣椒酱。
6) Pour in broth & blend mixture, bring to boil.
倒入高汤,捣烂番茄,酱番薯,马铃薯和拌均匀。
(If want a smooth gravy add in cornflour mixture)
(如果要汤汁顺滑可以加入薯粉和水调拌)
7) Add in tomato sauce, salt & sugar to taste.
下番茄酱,盐,糖调味, 试味, 如需要再依个人口味调味。
8) Served noolde with the above gravy, taugeh, boiled egg, boiled potato, bend curd & crisp fritter.
面下以上汤汁,用的拌料有蛋,芽菜,豆腐干,马铃薯和薄脆。
