烤黄油大蒜鸡腿Roasted Chicken Thighs With Butter & Garlic







Ingredients:
4 nos               Whole Chicken Thighs - skin on
1 nos                Lemon - cut in thick slices
1 no                  Big Onion - cut in thick slices

Garlic Butter:
2 cloves            Minced Garlic
1 stalk               Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 cup              Soften Butter
Salt & Black pepper Powder

To Taste:
Salt & Black pepper Powder

Method:
1)  Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2)  Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
3)  Marinade chicken with salt and pepper.
4)  Stuff garlic butter paste under the chicken skin.
5)  Arrange sliced lemon and sliced onion in the baking tray.
6)  Place chicken pieces (skin side up)on top.
4) Spread some garlic butter paste on the chicken skin.. 
5) Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes, or until chicken and potatoes are fully cooked.
