1 whole Salmon Fish Head - Wash & cut in pieces
2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil (for sautéing)
Marinade Sauce(Teriyaki sauce):
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Mirin
1/4 cup Sake
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Method:
1) Wash, cut in pieces and pat dry salmon fish head.
2) Marinade the salmon fish head with marinade sauce for at least 1/2 hour.
3) Separate the salmon fish head from the marinade sauce.
4) Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan, sear the salmon fish head for both side till slightly brown.
5) Pour in the marinade sauce and cook in high heat till the sauce thicken and well coated all the salmon fish head.
6) Transfer salmon fish head to a serving dish together with the remaining thickened sauce.
7) Serve with Japanese steamed rice.
