空气油炸锅鸡块Air Fryer Chicken









Ingredient:

1 no                  Kampung Chicken
1 pkt                 Fried Chicken Flour
1 tbsp               Grapeseed Oil
Salt

Method:

1)  Wash chicken, pat dry and cut in big pieces.
2)  Season the chicken with salt and apply oil onto the whole chicken.
3)  Coat fried chicken flour onto the chicken.
4)  Marinade for at least 1/2 hour.
5)  Preheat air fryer at temp. 180 C for 3 minutes
6)  Spare cooking oil on grill pan.
7)  Place in the chicken and air fry at temp 180 C for 20 minutes or till chicken golden brown and crispy. .
