Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun 全麦汉堡包(Bread Machine)

Leaven Dough
Make:  8 Buns








Ingredients:
240 G    Japanese Bread Flour
  60 G    Extra Fine Wholemeal Flour
 1/2 G    Instant Yeast
  15 G    Raw Sugar
 1/4 tsp Salt
  20 G    Olive Oil
     1 no  Egg
150 ml   Fresh Milk

Garnish:
Black & White Sesame Seed

Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.





After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 9 to 20
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
