Lemon Yogurt Cheese Cake (Unbake)
















Bottom Layer:
  50 G Melted Butter
100 G Digestive biscuit

Top Layer:
200 G   Cream Cheese
     2 no Eggs (separate egg white & yolk)
100 G    Sugar
150 ml  Whipped Cream
250 G    Plain Yogurt
    1 no  Lemon Juice & Rind
  45 ml Water (3 tbsp)
  15 G   Gelatin Powder
