Lemon Yogurt Cheese Cake (Unbake)
















Bottom Layer:
  50 G Melted Butter
100 G Digestive biscuit

Top Layer:
200 G   Cream Cheese
     2 no Eggs (separate egg white & yolk)
100 G    Sugar
150 ml  Whipped Cream
250 G    Plain Yogurt
    1 no  Lemon Juice & Rind
  45 ml Water (3 tbsp)
  15 G   Gelatin Powder

Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun 全麦汉堡包(Bread Machine)

Leaven Dough
Make:  8 Buns








Ingredients:
240 G    Japanese Bread Flour
  60 G    Extra Fine Wholemeal Flour
 1/2 G    Instant Yeast
  15 G    Raw Sugar
 1/4 tsp Salt
  20 G    Olive Oil
     1 no  Egg
150 ml   Fresh Milk

Garnish:
Black & White Sesame Seed

Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.





After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 9 to 20
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.

奶油全麦面包Whole Wheat Butter Bread(Bread Machine)

2 lbs/Medium Crust
Soft & Bake
Take Out Blade At 1:40




Ingredients:
315 cc                   Cold Water冷水
  49 g                     Unsalted Butter無鹽奶油
  20 g                     Sugar細砂糖
    1 tsp                  Salt鹽(約4.5g)
245 g                     Japanese Bread Flour高筋麵粉
245 g                     Extra Fine Whole Wheat Flour全麥麵粉
    1 tsp                  Instant Yeast速發酵母(約4.5g)

乡村面包Country Bread (Bread Machine - Soft Loaf)

2 lb Loaf / Medium Crust
(1:40 Remove Blade)




Ingredients:
340 g Milk...
50 g Unsalted Butter
20 g Sugar
1 tsp Salt
300 g Japanese Bread Flour
200 g Super Fine Wholemeal Flour
1 tsp Instant Yeast
40 g Pumpkin Seed
30 g Flax Seeds

Yong Tao Foo 酿豆腐


Bak Gua Egg Milk Buns 肉干鸡蛋奶卷面包


















Ingredients:

220 g          Bread Flour
  50 g          Japanese Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Filling :
   Bak Gua(肉干)

Garnish :
    1 no          Egg
    1 tsp         White Sesame Seed

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, 
Divide into 12 portions (45 g each) make a round shape, cover with damn cloth rest for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough in oval shape, place Bak Gua(肉干) in center and fold into half moon shape.
Place the dough into the baking tray and spray water onto the dough and cover, let rise for 1 hour.
Brush egg wash and sprinkle some white sesame on top.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
