奶油全麦面包Whole Wheat Butter Bread
1 lb/Medium Crust
Leaven Dough & Bake
Ingredients:
180 cc Cold Water冷水
28 g Unsalted Butter無鹽奶油
14 g Sugar細砂糖
1/2 tsp Salt鹽(約2.5g)
250 g High Protein Flour高筋麵粉
30 g Whole Wheat Flour全麥麵粉
3/4 tsp Instant Yeast速發酵母(約2.5g)
