法國白吐司-Pain De Mie(Bread Machine-French)
1 lb / Medium Crust
1.30 Removed Blade
材料:
180 g Lukewarm Water温水
30 g Maltose or Honey麥芽糖(1大匙)
15 g Unsalted Butter無鹽奶油
1/2 tsp Salt鹽
280 g High Protein Flour高筋麵粉
1/2 tsp Instant Yeast速發酵母(2 g)
Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
