酱蒸豆腐石斑鱼尾Steamed Grouper Fish & Bean Curd With Soy Beans Sauce




Ingredients:
Marinade Fish:
   1 no (600 g)          Grouper Fish
   1 tbsp                    Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp                      White Pepper Powder
    2 tbsp                   Chinese Rice Wine
1/2 tsp                      Sesame Oil
   1 pc                       Soft Bean Curd - cut into small square pieces
Soy Beans Mixture:
   1 tbsp                     Fermented Soy Beans
3 cloves                    Chopped Garlic
3 tbsp                        Chopped Ginger
   3 no                       Eye Bird Chili, chopped
   1 tsp                      Sugar
1/2 tsp                      Sesame Oil
Garnish:
Chopped Parsley
Method:
1)  Clean, scale & gutted the fish, lightly rub with marinade fish sauce.
2)  Well mix soy bean mixturer and spread evenly onto the fish.
3)  Set aside to marinade for 15 minutes.
4)  Bring to boil water in a steamer.
5)  Arrange square bean curd beside the fish.
6)  Steam the fish in a preheat steamer in high heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
7)  Off the heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
