奶油燕麦面包Butter Oat Bread (Bread Machine - Quick)
2 lb Loaf / Medium Crust
(1:22 Remove Blade)
Oat Cereal:
40 g Instant Oat
200 g Hot Water
Ingredients:
240 g Oat Cereal
150 g Cold Water
50 g Unsalted Butter
30 g Sugar
1 tsp Salt
500 g High Protein Flour
1 tsp Instant Yeast (2 tsp - If using quick double the quantity of yeast)
