豉汁凤爪Braised Chicken Feet In Fermented Black Bean









Ingredients:
1 pkt          Fried Chicken Feet
1 pc            Minced Ginger
5 cloves     Minced Garlic
5 birds       Minced Chilli Padi
1 tbsp        Fermented Black Bean
2 pcs          Fermented Soy Bean (Nam Yu)
1 tbsp         Sugar
                   Oil
1/2 bowl      Water
                   
1)  Cut fried-chicken feet into 2 pieces, wash it.
2)  Porch the fried-chicken feet in the boiling water for 15 minutes, take out rinse & pat dry.
3)  Heat oil stir-fry minced ginger, minced garlic, minced chilli padi, fermented black bean & fermented soy bean(Nam Yu) till fragrant then add in the chicken feet, & water to cook till the sauce thicken.  Add sugar & taste it before take out.
4)  Keep in the refrigerator, steam for 15 to 20 minutes before served.
