香草馬鈴薯麵包Herbs Potato Bread

Recipe Adapted From Carol















Ingredients:
150 g                 Mashed Potatoes馬鈴薯泥 
270 g                 High Protein Flour高筋麵粉
 30 g                  Low Protein Flour低筋麵粉 
3/4 tsp               Instant Yeast速發乾酵母(茶匙),大約是3.9 g這邊直接取4 g
 20 g                  Brown Sugar黃砂糖(或細砂糖) 
1/4 tsp                Salt鹽 (大約1.3 g)
150 cc                Lukewarm Water溫水 
 30 g                  E.V.O.O橄欖油 

Garnish:
30 g                  Unsalted Butter無鹽奶油 (切成條狀)
                         Dried Parsley乾燥巴西里(這邊用義大利香料代替)

Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.


After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 5 to 10.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
