酥烤紅蔥酥Crispy Roasted Red Onion





Method:
1) Spread onion rings on to the baking tray.
2) Spray cooking oil and well mixed with onion rings.
3) Set oven at temp. 170 C and bake for 20 minutes.
4) Take out the onion rings and stirring the onions and flatten it again.
5) Continue to bake at temp. 140 C for 30 minutes.
6) Take out the onion rings again and turning the onions and flatten it.
7) Put back into oven continue to bake at temp. 140 C for another 30 minutes.
     (In this round must stir, 
check and take care every 10 minutes)
8) Reduce the temp. to 120 C for another 20 minutes
9) If not crispy and golden brown, continue to bake at temp. 100 C till your desire color.
