巧克力面包Chocolate Bread (Bread Machine -Leaven Dough & Bake)
Ingredients:
120 cc Water水
1 no Egg鸡蛋(50 g)
15 g Butter无盐黄油
20 g Sugar白糖
1/4 tsp Salt盐(1.3 g)
250 g High Protein Flour高筋面粉
10 g Cocoa Powder可可粉
1/2 tsp Instant Yeast干酵母(2 g)
Filling:
30 g Chocolate Chips巧克力豆
