Grilled Lamb Chop In Apricot Sauce








Lamb Chop

Blend the below ingredients in processor:
Apricot Jam
Garlic with oil
Dijon Mustard
Salt
Thyme

Black Pepper
Paprika
Red Wine


Marinade the apricot sauce with the lamb chop for at least 24 hours before grill.
