脆面包丁Plain Toasted Croutons


Ingredients:
Thick slices White Bread

Method:
1)  Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2)  Slice the bread into 1/2-inch strips and then the strips into 1/2-inch cubes.
3)  Spread the cubes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and set in the oven for about 15 to 20  minutes, turning once or twice, until lightly toasted on all sides.
4)  Spread the cubes on a tray to cool before using.
