焖南乳木耳炸鸡 Braised Fermented Red Beancurd With Fried Chicken & Black Fungus
做法:
1) 把鸡肉用五香粉,姜末,蒜末,酱清,盐,南乳,麻油腌至半天。
2) 把腌好的肉锅上面粉,放入油锅里炸至金黄色。
3) 爆香蒜头加入热水,把炸好的肉放入锅里,再加入木耳焖至肉软即可。
4) 在焖约半小时后,我加入了少许的黑酱油和适量的盐。
