乡村炉蒸鸡 Oven Steamed Chicken In Country Style





Ingredients:
  2 pcs      Whole Boneless Drumstick, cut into bite size
20 gm      Cloud Ears or Wan Yee (soaked and cut into small pieces)
  1 tbsp     Minced Ginger
  2 tsp       Wolfberries
Seasoning:
    1  tbsp    Shaoxing wine
      1 tsp       Sesame Oil
1/4  tsp        Sugar
     1 tbsp      Light Soy Sauce
A dash of pepper

Method:
1)  Marinate the chicken pieces with all the seasoning.
2)  Mix in the wolfberries, minced ginger and cloud ears.
3)  Set aside for 2 hours.
4)  Wrap all the ingredients with wax paper follow by a layer of aluminium foil
5)  Bake in preheat oven at 200 C, and bake for 20 mins or till chicken is tender and cooked through.
6)  Serve immediately with white rice.
