Ingredients:
20 nos Boiled Quail Eggs, peeled it
500 g Ground Pork
1 no Egg
1/2 no Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Method:
1) Marinade ground meat with salt, black pepper, egg, chopped onion & chopped parley.
2) Preheat oven to 200 C.
3) Take a chunk of meat to flatten it and place an quail egg in the center of the flat meat and form it a ball until completely covered the egg.
4) Place all the quail egg meat balls on baking sheet.
5) Bake until the meat browns, about 20 minutes.
6) Cool before serving.
