金枪鱼通心粉沙拉 Tuna Macaroni Salad


 Ingredients:

  1 can       Tuna in water, drained and flaked
  8 ounces  Cooked and drained Macaroni
  2 tbsp      Mayonnaise
  1 tbsp      Lemon Juice
1/2 no        Large Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 no        Large Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 no        Large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 pkt       Baby Carrot, chopped
1/2 cup      Chopped Onion
  2 tbsp      Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and Pepper, to taste

Method:

1)  Combine the drained tuna and macaroni.
2)  Stir in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green and red bell pepper, and onion.
3)  Add salt and pepper, to taste.
4)  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
