巧克力蛋糕 Moist Chocolate Cake





Ingredients A:
1 1/2 cup           Self-Raising Flour
   1/2 cup           Cocoa Powder
      1 tsp            Double Action Baking Powder
   1/4 tsp            Baking Soda
   3/4 cup           Brown Sugar

Ingredients B:
   1/2 cup           Butter
   1/2 cup           Cream (Reduced Cream)
      1 tsp            Vi\anilla Essence

      2 nos           Egg
   3/4 cup           Water
    60 g               Melted Cooking Chocolate
   1/2 cup          Chopped Walnut

Method :
1)  Place ingredients A  in a mixing bowl and well mix it.

2)   Add in ingredients B into ingredients A and use electric mixer to mix all the ingredients.

3)  Beat in egg one at a time then slowly add water.

4)  Last add in melted chocolate and chopped walnut.

5)  Bake in a preheat oven at 160 C for 30 - 35 minutes or till it cook.
     (Skewer must come out clean)

Chocolate Fudge Frosting

     2 tbsp        Cocoa Powder
  250 ml          Ideal Milk
  100 ml          Condensed Milk
  180 g            Unsalted Butter
3 1/2 tsp         Golden Syrup or Honey
   1/2 tsp         Vanilla Essence

1)  Cook all the above ingredients (except vanilla essence)
     over slow fire and stir well till thick.

2)  Add in vanilla essence.

Icing:  150 g Melted Cooking chocolate.

Decoration:  Walnut
