香肠奶酪蛋奶面包Sausage & Cheese Egg Milk Bun










Ingredients:

270 g          Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Filling :
  11 nos        Boiled Sausage
  11 tbsp       Sliced Cheese
   1 no          Egg
   1 tbsp       White Sesame

Temp. : 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
11 pcs ( 52 g each)
