蛋奶面包Egg Milk Buns




Ingredients:

270 g          Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Garnish:
   1 tbsp       White Sesame
   1 tbsp       Black Sesame

Temp. : 170 C for 15 to 18 minutes.
15 pcs ( 38 g each)
