软面包(Bread Machine - Soft Bread)
1.5 lbs / Medium Crust
(1:22 Remove Blade)
Ingredients:
240 ml Water (can include 1 no. egg)
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Milk Powder
400 g High Protein Flour / Bread flour
1 tsp Instant Yeast
