鸡粥Chicken Congee

Ingredients:
   1/2 no        Whole Kampung Chicken - Cut in pieces
1 1/3 cup       Rice - ash & soak for 2 hours
                      Water
                       Salt

Marinade Chicken :
Salt
Pepper Powder
Sesame Oil
Chinese Rice Wine

Garnish:
Spring Onion
