烤三文鱼Oven Baked Salmon








Ingredients:
  • 4 pcs  Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parlsey

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 200 C for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the butter,sweet paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and parsley in a bowl. 
  3. Coat the salmon steaks with butter mixture.
  4. Spray the pan lightly with cooking oil, then place the salmon on the pan.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  6. Serve with a garden salad and fresh lemon wedges.
