Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tbsp Cayenne
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parlsey
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 200 C for 5 minutes.
- Combine the butter,sweet paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and parsley in a bowl.
- Coat the salmon steaks with butter mixture.
- Spray the pan lightly with cooking oil, then place the salmon on the pan.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
- Serve with a garden salad and fresh lemon wedges.
