Kurma Chicken
Ingredients:
600 g Chicken - Wash, pat dry & cut in pieces
1 pkt Rempah Kurma mix with water.(Kurma Paste)
1 pkt Coconut Milk or Ideal Milk
3 cups Water
1 no Big Onions - Cut in 4 pieces
3 nos Potatoes - Peel & cut in pieces
For Saute:
1 no Minced Big Onion
4 cloves Minced Garlic
2cm Minced Ginger
2 nos Green Chili
Salt & Sugar to Taste
Oil
Method:
1. Heat oil saute big onion, garlic & ginger till fragrant.
2. Add in kurma paste & stir-fry till the smell come out.
3. Add in chcken, onion pieces & potatoes to stir-fry. Add in water, cover & cook till chicken, potatoes & carrot are tender or cooked.
4. Put in coconut milk, big onion in pieces & green chili continue to cook for a minutes.
5. Add in salt & sugar to taste.
6. Served it.
