萝卜糕


















Ingredients:

1 no.         Big White Radish (1 kg)
4 cloves    Minced Garlic
8 no          Minced Small Onion
50 g          Chopped Dry Shrimp ( Soak, rinse & chpped it) - I did not put dry shrimp
200 g        Minced Meat - Marinade with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil & cornflour
5 no          Dry Mushroom - Soak & chopped it.
4 no          Chopped Chinese Sausage
1 pkt         Rice Flour ( 500 g)
6 bowl      Water(Should put 5 bowl - coz too soft)

To Taste:
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Stock Powder

1)  Peel, wash, pat dry & shredder the radish.
2)  Pot in pot stir-fry till water come out. Set aside.
3)  Heat oil saute minced garlic, minced onion & chopped dry shrimp, follow by add in chopped mushroom & minced meat.
4)  Once the meat cook, add in Chinese sausage & precook shredder radish. Well mix all ingredients.
5)  In a big bowl mix water, rice flour, salt, pepper & chicken stock powder to taste.
6)  Pour the flour mixture into the pot & mix well with radish mixture.  Cook in low frame till the flour mixture  be thickens. Off fire.
7)  Pour the ingredients into a tray & steam in high frame for 45 minutes.
